  2. Whom is the maker?

This clock belonged to my father who purchase the clock and performed the restoration while living in Germany in the 1960s. I was told by a local "expert" that it is likely a Gustav Becker Grand Sonnerie 3 Weight Vienna Regulator Wall Clock. While removing it for storage and looking at the makers mark it would seem it is not made by Gustav Becker. I have not discovered via internet searches whom this maker might be. Please help and if you know the maker and have an approximate value. The serial number is 1842
