I'm hoping someone can help me with info on this watch I have. It is Illinois Central and the serial number behind the watch face is 3410710. The number inside the case cover is 10179466. The wind/set stem is near the 3 position and the case shows a farm with ears of corn and what looks like flowing cornstalks. I'm told the face of the watch is ceramic (has a small crack in it).
The watch was given to my dad from my mom's dad, so I think it's from the early 1900's. Still runs.
Thanks for any information you can provide. Does it have much value?
