I tried this thread out on the Watch Repair message board. I think I should try it out here. I bought the watch tester two weeks ago. Since it is relatively old ('80s or '90s), there was no operations manual. So far, I've tried Dan Fenwick from Swatch who taught us a class on quartz chronometers in the '90s with this tester, and Witschi USA. Struck out so far. Anyone know anyone who might have a copy I could copy or buy?

If you have no luck again try at your local library. The librarians seem to have knowledge about how to locate out of print documents. I once needed a Chasis Overhaul Manual for a 69 Econoline. The librarian gave me a phone number and I had the manual in a week.
