Your watch was likely made for the Turkish market during the Ottoman Empire years. The inscriptions are probably in Turkish. As it's a keywind watch, and based on it's styling, I'd guess 1870 to 1900 for a date.

The movement has some features that make me think it's a Longines, but I don't recognize the regulator as typical of Longines production. I am certainly not an expert on these, and hopefully others will know more.
