This clock's back plate is in three pieces. The center piece is triangular shaped with about 1/8" between the pieces. There is a letter H stamped on the center piece four numbers below that. Any idea who made it. It is a quality movement.

Dan unless another has seen or worked on this very movement or is more clairvoyant than I - a picture would be an immense clue. Time only? Mantle clock? Pendulum movement? Apx dim's? Looks German?

Dan, will definitely need pics to be of any real help. "IF" the clock is German it could be made by Hanau Uhrenfabrik, but that is a wild guess without seeing the actual backplate, numbers, logo, etc.

Thanks Scottie & John for your replys. The clock already is back with it's owner however I do have a French Marble of thiers and I'll ask them to bring the clock with them when they pick up the other one and get a picture.
