Can any one identify the maker of this movement and the model number of it?

It has 2 clicks on the chime side of the movement. All 3 springs are a different size. It came from a Ridgeway Grandmother clock. It has a number on the lower center of the rear of the movement "290684". And a name on the lower right of the rear of a furniture company in VA and
"MADE IN GERMANY, NO (0) JEWELS, UNADJUSTED, PL 85CM".

I know the PL 85 cm is the pend. length. My first thought was Hemle, But second guess is urgos:???: Any help?

It needs 2 springs, Time, End broke out and Chime is split and about to break on end.

Thanks in Advance!
