Which staff for a model 5 Sangamo?

A friend is working on a model 5 23J Sangamo. It's a double roller. However, the only staffs listed for the models 4 and 5 are the 114/47609 and the 662/47606. Both of these are single roller staffs differing by collet size. What staff did the model 5 Sangamo use? (The existing staff shattered when he removed it, so is not of much help.)

Perhaps the 1506/47633 or 1684/47608 ? Both are DR staffs but my list doesn't specify model....

I was wondering about the 1506. It is supposed to be for models 6-9 and 11-15, but maybe they started using it with these Sangamos. The 1684 is listed for the model 10.
