Looks like the office or school clock. The slightly convex dial has the diameter about 8,5 inches. The dial and the movement are attached to a square steel, painted plate. This plate in mounted at the wooden slat and locked with the hooks (2). All main parts of the case are mounted with the wooden pegs.
Pendulum resembles French style ones, used in bracket clocks (3).
The movement has solid recoil escapement, works 10 - 11 days.
I have no idea when and where was this clock made...

The movement construction appears to me to be of English design as does the convex face. I'm not certain but the direction of the escape wheel and the angle of its teeth suggests a dead-beat escapement.

I found the answer. Clock was made by Johann Leuenberger and Fils from Sumiswald. Here is the movement with signed dial (the case is "home made")

A good find, Piotr and very good research.
Sumiswalder and Neuenburger movements are often difficult to ID without
further clues. They can have English, French or even Austrian influences in details.
