Hi,

I have a German mantle clock.
But any name of the maker is none.
What is this clock's maker?
There is a mark on the back of the face. 316144.jpg 316145.jpg
Thank you.

When I first saw the initials, I thought they were "ES." Now, I'm not so sure. They might be "EE" or even, possibly, "SS." We do need to see the movement.

The UW 16/45 indicates that the movement is by Urgos.

I think the last two digits in the serial number, 93, indicate the year the movement was made, i.e., 1993, but I stand ready to be corrected on that.
