what did i buy this time?

I bought this poor little thing at a yard sale for 2 bucks. it has no markings, the hairspring is broke but the mainspring is still good.its in rough shape but I figured it is still a clock so I rescued it. any info is always appreciated

Your clock is probably American, pehaps an Ansonia, made around 1910 i'd say.
