Been hunting this for about ten years now, and finally found a nice one with papers at an estate auction. V&C full-rotor automatic with sub-seconds and screw back case. Only made for two years 1954-55 and today they are virtually unknown. Runs well and at 36mm width 44mm lug-to-lug looks great on my wrist.

This has a Unitas movement and keeps time accurately despite not having been serviced for decades. I simply picked it up and wound it. Thought to myself that keeps time well enough to wear.

My first digital watch
Today is my Waltham X Ray watch in 14k yellow gold.
I'm impressed so many people wear gold watches a lot, I only wear mine about once a month because I would just damage the case. I wear a stainless steel watch the rest of the time and it only comes off my wrist when the gold one goes on.
