westminster chimes movement identification

A recently aquired bevelled glass oak cased clock with a large qualioty movement though with no makers identification,only 214 on the back plate and front plate. Can anyone help in identification?

I believe it's an Emes (Müller-Schlenker, Schwenningen) movement.
The tradename "Emes" appeared in the late 1930s.
