Hi Everyone, My first post here. I collect pocket watches and will share pictures of my collection (about 30 watches ranging in date from 1750 to 1950) over the next few months (in the appropriate part of this forum of course). Today I am looking for a second hand for 16s 17 jewel Elgin pocket watch. I bought it with the crystal missing about 10 years ago and the second hand almost immediately went missing. All I have now is the picture from the advertisement showing the correct hand, although it is not very clear. I was hoping to match this as closely as possible. Any advice where i could get this would be very much appreciated.

WTB/TRADE VINTAGE SEIKO A159-4039 LCD BRACELET LINKS I NEED A FEW LINKS FOR A SEIKO A159 BRACELET - THE END LINKS ARE MARKED B395 - IT IS THE SMALLER EXTENSION LINKS I NEED.
30 SC T2 was an old reference for Omega caliber 280. Because that same movement could be used in several models, the crown is cross-referenced to the case number, (usually located on the inside of the case back) not the caliber. Unfortunately. I'm unable to help you with specific Omega part numbers for the hands or the crown because I no longer have access to my previous employer's service documentation library. Borel lists the tap 7 stem (1.2mm thread diameter) as part 260-1106. (Omega used part number 1106 for their stems in general, just like ETA used part number 401) Two styles of balance staff are listed: the Incabloc 260-1321 and the non-shock-protected 72202621321 (shape of the pivots differ between them)

WANTED: CRYSTAL FOR 1980's SEIKO A904-5199 LCD DIGITAL WATCH LOOKING FOR EITHER A NEW CRYSTAL OR USED ONE IN GREAT SHAPE.
If you cannot find one then one will have to be cut from a flat round crystal that has a diameter larger than the longest diagonal. I do this quite often as it is difficult to obtain these if one doesn't still have one in stock. The cost of having one cut is not dissimilar to the cost of purchasing this entire watch. Vintage Seiko Men's LCD Digital A904-5199 A2 Alarm Chronograph Original Band for sale online
It takes me from 20 to 40 minutes to hand shape a crystal. One with so many corners may take longer and if it is as thiin as 1mm then it is possible that one may crack and that two have to be attempted.
If you measure the width, height and inside and outside diameters, The parts suppliers will have one. If you ask Seiko, they tossed all those away years past.
