Help American PW Waltham wind-set interference

I have a 16 size Waltham that I am having trouble reassembling. There is interference with the wind-set works and the adjacent bridge. I will add pictures to see if I am assembling correctly.

One thing that's nice today is digital cameras. Even if you've done this watch a lot of times like I have I still photograph it just because. So casually looking at it it sort of looked rights except it didn't look right? So the parts are kind of where there supposed to be but one of them is backwards. I'm attaching an image that you will find helpful.
