Hello-
I came into possession of what appears to be a Waltham pocket watch but do not see a serial number so I wonder what this really is.
If anyone can help in identifying I would be most appreciative.

I believe this watch was made after the American Waltham company's demise by whichever Swiss company acquired the rights to the name.

Yup. Swiss, and not particularly old.
Enjoy it for what it is, especially if it still works, and don't worry about what it isn't.

If it does still work, then you may wish to sort out a replacement bow from somewhere, e.g cannibalise it if you happen to have some random non-antique but broken watch laying around.
Have fun with the pliers.

It is Swiss as other have written probbaly 1960's to 1970's. It is a decent grade movement.

It is tonneau style wrist movement put into an oversized case.

It is marked "unadjusted" to avoid a US traiff on adjusted watches.
