I am researching Waltham's "Patrician" private label. These were made in several grades (15j-23j) and sizes (7-1/2 ligne to 14-size Colonial Series). They were cased as wristwatches, lapel watches and pendant watches in addition to larger men's pocketwatches. I would be grateful to hear about any examples you may have. I am interested in adding serial numbers and descriptions to my private-label database. Casing information is also important for these. Thank you.

... two years later and I am still looking for new information. Thanks.

... time to remind folks that I am still researching Waltham's "Patrician" movements and their cases. These were made in several sizes and grades for casing by H.W. Matalene although a small number have also turned up cased and dialed by Bigelow, Kennard & Co.

Yep.. five more years and this is still one of my main research projects (including pocket and pendant watches, too). The “Patrician” private label was used on six different movement sizes/models and finished in several grades.

The smaller sizes were used for wristwatches - 6/0 for men’s watches and 6/0, 9 ligne and 7-1/2 ligne for ladies watches. Here are some examples of wristwatches fitted with Patrician movements (1911-1922). I would love to hear of any other examples, and in particular the details of how they are cased.
