As I continue to fill in my library I wonder how many different editions there were of the Waltham Watch Co. material catalogue. I am aware of the following dates: 1885*, 1909*, 1916, 1924, 1936*, 1940, 1948 and 1958. I know that those marked with an asterisk have been reprinted and the last two still turn up fairly often in original form. Is anyone aware of any other editions put out by Waltham?

    Jerry,

    Also 1930.

  4. Jerry: There's a 1904 edition, and one in a larger than usual format that I saw at a "Mart". I wasn't willing to pay the asking price, nor smart enough to write down the year of publication.

It has been a long time since this subject was last raised. I am now aware of the following Waltham factory watch material catalogs:

    1885
    1904
    1909
    1911
    1916
    1924
    1930
    1936
    1940
    1948
    1958

I have seen all of these except the 1904. Is anyone aware of any other editions?
I find these very useful for researching the introduction of different models and variations within a model.
