A recent purchase. Size 16, model 1908, 21 jewels, adjusted to 5 positions. I found it in an antique mall in Westminster, MD, and took a chance. It seems to have paid off. Keeps great time, +30 seconds in a week.

Many thanks, Rob. However, I had a brief heart palpitation when I unscrewed the back cover at home. I saw the four numerals "6089" on the rim of the case whereas the serial number of the case was definitely "6809." So, I thought, was the movement a transplant (didn't seem otherwise), or did someone mis-stamp the last four digits of the case on the rim. Only by turning the case to a different orientation did I realize that I had been reading the numbers upside down.

Any timepeice that's been kicking around for more than a century & which essentially keeps railway grade time, is one great find!

I'll bet you can get it well below +30/wk.
