Fellows, Since the Keystone Howards were made by Waltham, how do the different models stack up against each other, quality-wise, e.g. 12s Bridge Waltham vs. M-08 Howard, etc.?

I believe you misunderstand part of the Howard history. Waltham only made movements for Howard during a narrow transitional period from 1902 to 1905. After this Keystone made the Howard movements. For more details you can refer to the articles in the last two Bulletins of 2018.

As for the "American Watch Co." grade bridge model and the version that Waltham made for E.Howard and then for Keystone, I think they are mechanically equivalent and top-grade watches. The only difference I am aware of is that Waltham used diamond cap jewels on their own model and a different finish to the winding wheels.
