The subject watch is a Waltham model '84 chronograph. First time I have worked on one. As you can see, I have a repivoting job before me. (Unless someone just so happens to have a 4th wheel for one of these.) My question is, how does the 4th wheel come apart from the chrono drive wheel that is attached to it? Is this brass part just a sleeve that goes over the 4th wheel arbor?

Got the answer on one of my FB groups. It is just a friction fit sleeve that is riveted to the chrono wheel and fits over the 4th arbor.
