Mechanical WW Waltham 65

Hi,
I've got a Waltham 65 jewels self-winding wristwatch that needs repair. The movement is based on 17-jewel AS 1580 with extra 48 jewels added to the automatic rotor rim. The movement is enclosed between two polished (retaining) rings and I cannot figure out how to separate those rings taking the movement apart. If there's anybody familiar with it can you please advice me on how to proceed.

Problem solved. Two rings of the movement enclosure were held together by a little bit of corrosion between them. I had to use quite a bit of force to pry them apart.
