I have a 3-weight Vienna regulator that was recently overhauled. It was running fine, but lately is stops at about 3 minutes to 10 o'clock. Is this something that I can solve easily, or should I take it back to the shop that serviced it?

Take it back. The guy will know how to fix it.

Richard, welcome to the board.

As the clock was recently serviced and perhaps still under warranty, it would be best to take it back to the place which did it. The fault could be caused by a number of things, most of which would not be an easy fix unless you are familiar with clock repair.

Please let us know how you get on.
