Urgos 108471 clock movement

Looks like an old UW32. You might want to look up Urgos UW32 and look at the photos. Willie X

Sure looks like an urgos uw 32. The pendulum leader looks bent though, it should hang straight down and the suspension spring is broken.

The Timesavers catalog has the springs shown actual size, so you can match the top of the one you have to the picture. I'm not sure if the suppliers in your country do the same, but it would be worth asking. At any rate, the suspension springs are not that dissimilar, and just about any one will work.
