Is there an issue with uploading pictures on this site . i easily uploaded yesterday, but had trouble the day before and today.?

There are size limits, but they are much larger than most screens. Width 2000 pixels and height 3000 pixels, or smaller of course, will generally upload. If you are shooting with an 8 mega pixel camera or higher resolution, you will need to choose a lower resolution for pictures you will upload.
