Can't get the picture to enlarge, try posting a better one with more shots. This a front mount movement, and no way that gear can work with the mounting tabs secured to the case.

It also appears to be a rear escape wheel model, which is unusual for an Ingraham. The only ones I have seen with both front mounting and a rear escape wheel, had extra long winding arbors and center shaft. Mission clock model maybe. Don't have a good idea what that gear could be for, but looks like it has a row of holes, or pins, along part of the rim, which may give someone a clue. Definitely a better picture that could be enlarged would help.
