This is another, I believe Swiss, hunter-style pocket watch in 18k that I am trying to identify. No. 24,122 having a private label engraved but no manufacturer's markings on either movement, dial or case. Obviously a very high quality watch with a regulator reminiscent of Patek. (my opinion) The glass dust cover cuts down on the image resolution and I apologize for the angle. Can anyone help identify who might have made it?

It is a very fine watch and I suspect a small one. The base movement looks like LeCOultre but sveral very good makers used it. None of my usual suspects, Patek, Vacheron, Ekegren seem to be good candidates. Possibly Badollet.

Agassis used this regulator but it looks ot good to be one of theirs.

Also note that the spring to press the regulator onto the cam has been broken off.

Jules Monard - Geneve
I am not at all familiar with Jules Monard sad to say, but will research him. Meanwhile I attach an “improved” image of this watch. Since I started enjoying this forum I have come to realize that for over 50 years I have not been collecting pocket watches….I’ve been acquiring them. Collecting it seems, includes gaining an encyclopedia of knowledge of what you have, and a thirst to learn more.

I agree with Jules Monard as the maker. See the movement below, Serial Number 23,834, signed Monard.. Note that the gear train is the mirror image of yours, mine is for a hunting case (winding stem at 3 o'clock), while yours is open face (winding stem at 12 o'clock).
IMHO, Monard movements are of exceptional quality.

Great information and thank you. Mine is approximately 52mm and a hunter case. I suppose it’s been re-cased as the. Case is 18k and a presentation.
