Unable to access Encyclopedia

I am attempting to access the encyclopedia. I clicked on one of the pages and within that page are hyperlinks to other documents. I clicked on one of the hyperlinks and when I do I get redirected to a page that looks like pic 1 below and it asks for my username and password. When I enter my username and password for the forum, I get the page in pic 2 below and am unable to go any further. Am I doing something wrong?

Just to follow-up I accessed the page on Illinois Watches. In that page is a highlighted text Sangamo Special. When I click on that the problems begin

I get the same thing when I try to access any of the Online Ads from that page as well

Some of the links in the Wiki are broken. If you bring them to the attention of the author of the article or the to the attention of the Forums Administrators, we can try to correct the problem.

Insufficient privileges means that you aren't a paid up member.

It has nothing to do with whether a user is a member of the NAWCC or not.

I have been going back and forth with the web department.

The web person said the links were broken.
