Hello! Just trying to get a general time period of when my wife's grandmothers clock is from. Just curiosity on her part (she is almost 90, so internet and her dont mix well lol) I didn't think to take a picture of the clock. Here is a picture of the label

According to Tran's Book. The Spokane was in the 1891 catalog, (could be a few years on either side of that). Came in Walnut or Oak and was an 8 day with strike, and 6" dial

Looks like a nice clock.

I see you are a new member. Welcome to the NAWCC message board

Thanks a lot! I don't know much about clocks. However, it seems to be in great shape. It does work. Thanks for your help! She will be excited to get the info.

I have such a hard time with the title of this discussion - the phrase "to date" obviously has two meanings, and every time I see the title, it makes me think of someone's grandma and her sweetheart called Gilbert, and someone trying to steal him away from her!

Anyway, enough about how my mind works - welcome to the message board, and hopefully you can share a photo of the clock with us if you get the chance to take one.
