I wonder if anyone can identify the maker of a Westminster chime movement from this Trade Mark showing a clock face with arabic numerals set at 10 to 7 with a set of chime bars superposed over the right hand side of the dial. The movement is otherwise unmarked save for a movement number? 30647 on both plates and a pendulum length number? 15 on the rear face. The pendulum length, if so it is, would be metric, so possibly this is not English. The pinned movement comes from a typical Napoleon's hat type mantel case and the dial of the clock has arabic numerals.

Any information about the maker would be appreciated.

This is the logo of URGOS (Haller, Jauch & Pabst, Uhren und Gongfabrik Schwenningen). Founded in 1920 and went out of business in 1991.

They made all kinds of clocks in very large numbers.
