This morning al roker was standing in front of a park with an old clock and was asking the 20 year olds what time it said. Every one could not tell him and got it wrong. I was amazed. Today with cell phones the new generations can no longer tell time !!!
You also run into this when someone young asks the time and you say something like '20 of 7', or 'half after 6'.
I just want kids to know how to change a tire when they have a flat. Is that to much to ask. And, by the way, get the hell off my lawn.
The first would require that your car actually HAVE a spare tire...not always a given these days. And on that subject John-I promise I did my best to stay off your lawn yesterday
Isn't John's grass in the middle of his big brick driveway? I'll bet he has a picture of the kids driving around it.
I've always thought a mandatory high school class should be "basic human skills". Tell time Count money Change a flat Cook a hot dog Use a washing machine ECT ECT ECT I realize I'm younger than the average age here, but it's pretty crazy out there guys, even from a mid 30s point of view
