The shelf is level, the clock is level and running, the dome not so much. Appears to be contemporary to the clock. Someone did a lousy job of cutting or something, I find it amusing.
Does the dome sit level on a table top? Does another typical Kundo dome sit more square on the clock? Is this a dome with a flat edge or does it have the rolled edge?
So I put the dome on a flat table, it doesn't lean, it is square. I put it back on the clock, turned it until it leaned in the opposite direction. So it's the base, but how does it lean in the opposite direction? Unless there is that much variation in the channel, this can't happen.
You might be able to find an expert in your area who cuts glass and they could try to cut the edge square...or maybe better yet, get it ground...like chance of it shattering.
