I am unable to use the Timesavers online ordering system as when I try to enter an order quantity, the system takes me to an enlarged picture of the item. I have tried it on several different computers with the same result. Is this happening in the States as well or is it something only effecting us international buyers?

I just didi a quick trial "dummy run" and it seems to be working OK for me. So I don't know. I'm still on IE6./ XP
Now as for Ebay, that's not working for me!

Not here. When I enter a number in the box, nothing happens until I click "add to shopping cart". That takes me to the shopping cart page.

Then you can use your browser to back up two pages for the next item.
Maybe your number lock was turned off?

Thanks guys! It seems it is a browser issue. No go with Explorer 8 or Google Chrome, but it seems to work with Firefox.

Since up-dating my computer I have had the same problem.
When I emailed a query, they checked and all seemed fine.I ended up phoning my order in as I was still getting the "big picture".

I have since emailed the person I spoke to and included a link to this thread.
So they are aware of the problem and hopefully will get it sorted, as in this day and age you shouldn't be expected to change browsers in order to access a web-site.

Apparently it is a problem with the international communications. Ascii code for numbers or something sillier.

Which is my point.

If Timesavers are going to wait for Google to change their browser in order to accommodate them I think they will be waiting a long time.....

In the meantime people will just give up.......
