I just came back from Michigan with this sweet two train clock. The movement does not appear to be marked with a maker’s stamp but it, the back of the moon dial, the seat board, and the pendulum are marked with a matching 4 digit sequence. The case is marked in a couple of places with the number 14. I plan to have the moon dial restored, replace the missing finials, and to enhance the old finish. I purchased this from the grand daughter of the original owner who is believed to have purchased it in the 1890s.
