This lady has a house full of AMAZING clocks mostly wall a few grandfather. I'm looking for info for her on this one I'll add pics off. There was no way I could get movement pics. Hope the couple pics I could provide can get me some info. Possibly a yr. Price.

A quick thumb through found the following makers with the name Thomas in Chester, a James (1777-85) son of Lewis , a Joseph (1773), a Lewis (1750, died 1770) and a Walter (1780). Dotted minutes on brass dials appeared around 1770 and mimicked the then new painted dials.
