I have what I believe is a Pequegnat Victoria model mantle clock. I'm ready to put the movement back in the case and I can't seem to find the pendulum bob anywhere. I'm wondering if someone who might have the same model could provide me with a picture of this. I've looked high and low and can only assume that my dog might have eaten it. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Jim

Doubtful that the dog ate it, but if so it will be making a comeback and you'll be able to find it. More likely that you layed it someplace safe, and forgot where ... or that it's stuck in the bottom of the case in some nook or cranny that is not easy to see.

I checked the case and nothings there. I'm asking for a picture so I can see if its mixed in with others that I have. I don't hold out much hope for any help from the dog;)

It might help to show us a picture of the back of the movement and pictures of your assorted pendulums.

I've ruled out the other pendulums because there aren't that many and they're marked with different makers marks. The bob I have on there is running the clock, but I'm not sure if its the correct one. Here is a picture of the movement.
    Thanks,
    Jim

Yes, the adjustable lead bob pendulum would be what you want for this clock.. If your dog ate it, watch for lead poisoning.

The shape of the bob would only matter to a collector. You need something like this one.

Thanks shutterbug for your research on this. As well as repairing clocks,I am also a collector and like to keep things in order. I did manage to find the bob in question in another section of my shop. It's the one shown in the photos that Dick C had provided.
