My TV is on 24 hours a day...two commercials...one losing weight...the other buying gold because our paper money will be almost useless. Are on the screen countless times a day.

I wonder how much yearly they spend on these two overwhelming running commercials.

Dan, I like commercials that either make me laugh or educate me. Everything else goes in one eye and out the other with no retention. For the most part, they are right up there with telemarketers, for companies I won't do business with.

TV time is very expensive though. I guess they figure if they run it hundreds of times people will believe the claims are true. I always wonder about the business sense in selling gold when it's going to go so high in value in a short time. Wouldn't you think they'd be hoarding it? :D
