Just what are the duties and obligations of a BOD Director of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. How many meetings does he/she attend in Columbia, PA. How many meeting via Internet. Is he paid for expenses during his/her service to the NAWCC. Do any BOD members pay their own expenses to and from Columbia, PA. Do any BOD members ever disagree with what has been proposed to vote on. Or do most just rubber stamp the proposal, in order not to cause disagreement. It looks like the greater majority of the BOD members never read or post on the Message Board, unless they are running for office. What is the average age of our BOD members. What are your thoughts as to what a BOD member should do (on his own) in order to resolve the yearly drop in NAWCC membership.
