The book Electrifying Time: Telechron and GE Clocks, 1925-1955 by Jim Linz (Schiffer Publishing) has a nice section on repairing Telechron rotors.

kirxklox,

Try Mike Frost at lincoln@mnainc.com I understand he has the telechron tooling and is manufacturing the rotors today.

Hi Kirxklox
I also have had problems with Telechron rotors. The book your trying to find is available from amazon.com. When you call up their website, punch up "books" and enter the title "Electrifying Time". Good luck!
My email is robertsclocks31@cs.com .
