Telechron movment

    is it possible to get a movment apart that was staked together? and can it be reassembled?

    Yes, if the standoffs are staked, then just drill/tap and use machine screws to re-assemble on the side with the most clearance. (just like some other Telechron movements).

    That's how I've done a few of these. I filed the staked portion off, so as to keep as much of the post as possible. Then drilled and tapped for a smaller machine screw, so that the plates can be tightened.
