    If you have this information in a spreadsheet that will output CSV files, you can write a macro in one of the programmable editors to convert the commas and line breaks into the codes needed for the table.

    You can also use advanced search and replace functions for the same purpose with less development but more interactive work.

    I have used the shareware editor, Textpad, for that purpose.
