    Can anyone give me any info on a Swiss watch maker by the Name of R. Lannier. I can find very little on the internet. Thanks

    R. Lanier (but one not two n's) is listed in Kathleen Pritchards authoritive books on Swiss makers. She notes the maker was located in Geneva and lists a trade mark comprised of "R. Lanier" over "Geneva" with an arrow thru the middle. She also notes importers in the early 1900s.

    ......so either there were two Lan(n) ier's in Geneva or there was a type error and your maker is listed in Swiss Timepiece Makers 1775-1975.

    I nice looking R. Lannier movement is currently being offered on eBay.
