I purchased a damaged Ansonia "Diana" swinging arm clock and need recommendations for an artist who does this type of restoration work. The statue is the most attractive example of a Verdigris finish statue I've ever seen and would dearly love to get it put back to rights. Sadly Charles Carrick is no longer with us, and I don't know of anyone else who could be trusted with this. The statue has three cracks. Two are located in the outstretched arm holding the swing arm. The third is across Diana's midriff belt, which will be tougher to fix due to the detail involved and matching the finish. The swing arm restoration I'll handle myself. I attached photos showing the statue and the damaged areas. Any recommendations are most appreciated.
