Anyone have any info on Swift & Anderson Marine Clocks? I don't know much about them and I did a serach on that particular brand and found very little.

These modern firms are often more difficult to find information about than the older ones! Swift and Anderson were founded in 1926, imported goodies from Europe, and changed their name in 1959 to Swift Instruments, Inc. They have a website at www.swift-optics.com and should be able to tell you something about their marine clocks of neo-yore. Regards, Duck 118804

There is one on ebay right now, item 7410748854

I had the same question when I ran across it, and now know there really is a SCHATZ movement inside (ebay descriptions can be amsuing to read until you become the buyer :))
