I have a Seth Miller Executive that belonged to my father. Believe it to be an Early Executive as all the images in the catalog pages from 1931 to 1936 say the words ELECTRIC on the dial while mine does not. I have everything but the movement and would like to bring this back to life.

The plate inside says that it is a #1500 movement. I have found some mantle clocks with #1450 and #1600 movements but nothing with #1500.

Looking to understand the differences between these movements to determine if one may be compatible. Information to identify one of these movements outside a clock would also be helpful. I don't need to match the movement number, but do want to make sure the hands are compatible and the shaft length is the same.
Don't mind if I have to purchase a sacrificial mantle clock just want to make sure the one I get fits the bill.

Regards, Dan
