I have a 124 that runs, strikes and for the most part chimes, but on the hour the last chime the hammer locks up and doesn't chime. Any thoughts?

You may have to rotate the star wheel. The strike is locking out in the lift. Or rotate the gathering pallet??

The wheel that turns the chime barrel on the back of the movement needs to be loosened, turned a tad further, and re-tightened.

Sorry read it wrong Thought it was the last hammer on the strike was hanging up. Rotate the chime drum by losing the drive wheel until the hammer drops.

Thanks everyone, I started to put two and two together after I posted this and realized i had to move the chime drum. Other question is that Ive polished all the pivots, cleaned and oiled the mainsprings, oiled everything like you typically do for a service. I noticed with the chime that the 15 and 30 mark the hammers move good, but on the 45 and hour mark they run kind of slow and notice the governor slowing down, but doesnt do this on the 15 and 30. I removed the chime drum and the governor runs perfectly fine. Did i happen to miss oiling something or anyone run into a similar problem? Thanks
