Sessions Sessions w/hammond movement

I only bought this Sessions for parts. I decided it was a decent clock so I spent part of a day getting it going again and looking OK. I started wondering about this clock. Was this originally a Hammond clock but it now has a sessions face on it? Sessions has there own movement so I wondered why it has a Hammond.
