Sessions Forestville Conn. Mantel Clock

Hello, picked this up yesterday for 15.00. It has the weight and will stay running for a few minutes, but definitely needs a COL.
Can anyone identify the age and model, it is missing the back cover where the label was.

It’s the Arcadia from 1923. Listed in Tran Duy Ly's Sessions clock book 2001 from Arlington Book Co.
