The magazine's full name is:

Alte Uhren Zeitmeßgeräte Wissenschaftliche Instrumente und Automaten

I think I discovered the problem. I believe the publish changed the name starting in 1986 to:
Alte Uhren und moderne Zeitmessung Heft.

I have order a copy of this one for issue 6, 1989
