The WUBA logo was from the firm of John Warmink in Almeloe. The company was started in 1929 and closed around 1990.

In the beginning Warmink made his own movements but later used movements from many German manufacturers, such as Urgos, Hermle and Kieninger. Your movement has a mark on the back but I cannot enlarge it so I cannot read the letters before 7/47. If you can post a clearer photo,. it might be possible to identify the maker of the movement.
