Maybe someone can help with this. From cleaning this clock I see some older papers inside showing some paper age. The paper says nothing about the clock. I thought the clock was newer but the papers are deteriorating. Anyone know how old this clock may be? Maybe it is very new? Mybe its 30 years old? Thanks Ron

Have you looked on the movement plates to see who the maker is and if there is a date there? Many times the movement maker's name , model number and sometimes a date code are there. You'll have to look on the back of the movement.

I was hoping someone new the clock by the case as I didn't see anything on the movement. Here are a couple pics of the movement from the front which maybe is a clue. I would have to remove the back of the clock to see the other side of the movement. Hope someone can help. Ron

Hmmh. It looks "Hermle-ish". If so, there will probably be something useful
on the back plate. Go ahead, get to work... :D

I would say that it is definitley a Hermle. I have several wall clocks that use this same movement. I don't think it's more than 30 years old, but I am no expert!

    That is a real beauty!!
